Sometimes there is no specific 'reason' someone comes for counselling; at times it can be useful to be able to talk to someone outside your 'circle'.
Many people struggle with finding a counsellor who will not pathologize them for their lifestyle choices.
I understand how daunting it can feel to talk to someone about something that is not greatly discussed in the wider society which is why I hope to create a safe space where those conversations can take place without the fear of judgement.
I can work with anyone anywhere in the UK as I am able to offer online therapy and telephone counselling
50 minutes one-to-one counselling either online (using Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or on the telephone
A block booking of 6 sessions (to be taken weekly unless otherwise arranged)
